OFF THE SHELF orders received before lunch time on a working day we try to despatch same day
later orders will be despatched the following working day

as we have to make these to order, at busy times there can be up to 3 working days before despatch of order, although most are despatched as above

DELIVERY CHARGES to the UK
Orders with a value of less than £50.00 will be sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked and incur a cost of £5.00
Orders with a value of more than £50.00 will be sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked free Delivery
You will be emailed when your order has been despatched
All delivery queries to UK must be received within 7 days of notification of despatch

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
We deliver worldwide, delivery prices will be generated in checkout when you enter shipping country, if your country is not listed please contact us, deliveries to Europe can take 10 days to the Rest of the World up to 14 days
In the event of any problems with the delivery and tracking of parcels outside the UK, after arrival in destination country the buyer becomes responsible for locating and delivery of the parcel the sender will supply a tracking number on request
All delivery queries outside UK must be received within 14 days of notification of despatch
Parcels to EU Countries please be aware that VAT and custom charges will be made by the delivery country. The buyer is liable for these charges.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the customs charges including any VAT are paid within the importing countries timescale. We the seller will not compensate the buyer if parcels are destroyed by the importing countries custom controls due to non payment of import charges

LATE DELIVERIES Please contact us and we will track the parcel
by ordering on this site You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our courier is sufficient to establish that goods have been received.

TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included in prices quoted.
All other orders are tax free and this will be deducted when your order is processed. Any duty charges for orders outside the U.K. will be paid by the buyer

PRICES The price charged will be those advertised on this site unless we are out of stock and there is a significant increase in reorder price in this unlikely case we will inform you and either offer you an alternative price or refund your payment.
Items may differ from pictures
Items may at times vary from pictures due to availability but they will be of similar quality

Returned Items
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt and in re-saleable condition. No refunds will be given on return or original carriage charges.
We cannot accept returns on made to order items i.e. Ercol and Slot in straps unless our mistake.
We will accept most returns but we will have to charge up to a 30% handling fee to cover our costs (packing and the fact we may not be able to resell them) with a minimum £12.00 charge to cover postage and packing
Under no circumstances will we accept returns after 7 days from notification of delivery
For deliveries outside the UK re-orders will be charged carriage at the rate paid for the original order

Delivered Items
In the unlikely event of parcels not delivered or lost we cannot compensate or replace items if the address you have given us is incorrect.
All items are sent Royal Mail Tracking to UK, worldwide either Royal Mail or Carrier
All delivery queries must be received within 7 days of notification of despatch to UK 14 days worldwide
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our courier is sufficient to establish that goods have been received.
None of your details will be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
