Returned Items
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt and in re-saleable condition. No refunds will be given on return or original carriage charges.
We cannot always accept returns on made to order items i.e. Ercol and Slot in straps unless our mistake.
We will accept most returns but we will have to charge up to a 30% handling fee to cover our costs (packing and the fact we may not be able to resell them) with a minimum £12.00 charge to cover postage and packing
Under no circumstances will we accept returns after 7 days from notification of delivery
For deliveries outside the UK re-orders will be charged carriage at the rate paid for the original order
Refunds of Card Payment Charges (Stripe) or PayPal Payments will not include any charges made by Stripe or Paypal on the original purchase as they do not refund us
